Entering the kitchen we find the reign of chef Emanuele together with his fantastic collaborators Andrea, Simone M. and Simone S. After several experiences in high-level clubs have agreed to bring a breath of freshness and renewal "Alla Scuderia".
Emanuele directs the kitchen, establishes the menu and is always ready to innovate tastes and flavors of the Emilian tradition, choosing the best local suppliers. To take care of the first is Simone S., while Simone M. oversees the preparation of the second courses and Andrea deals with appetizers and desserts.
