Menu
We want to honor the classic recipes of Emilian cuisine, which are our culinary heritage, while maintaining the freedom to explore new frontiers
We always keep traditional dishes, such as tortellini, tagliatelle, and our award-winning Cotoletta alla Bolognese, and we enrich our menu with seasonal products such as gnocchi with mushrooms, ravioli with meat, octopus or fillet and tagliata.
Inside the Menu every day you will find proposals "off menu" with the best seasonal products on the market, from the Emilian Apennines to the rich plain, prepared with skill and taste by our brigade.
We are organized to welcome in the best way people with food intolerances or allergies.
Our menu is always updated: the dishes you find on this page are the ones we offer you today at Alla Scuderia!
