We want to honor the classic recipes of Italian cuisine, which are our culinary heritage, while maintaining the freedom to explore new frontiers
We always keep traditional dishes, such as tortellini, tagliatelle, and our award-winning Cotoletta alla Bolognese, and we enrich our menu with seasonal products such as gnocchi with mushrooms, ravioli with meat, octopus or fillet and tagliata.
Inside the Menu every day you will find proposals "off menu" with the best seasonal products on the market, from the Emilian Apennines to the rich plain, prepared with skill and taste by our brigade.

Appetizers
- Choice of cold cuts, fried dough and stracchino cheese
- Beef tartare with fresh baby spinach, confit cherry tomatoes, olive chips, and sweet & sour lemon sauce
- “Razza” salad with crispy vegetables, soy mayonnaise, orange sauce, and toaste seeds

First Courses
- Tortellini with parmesan cream/with broth
- Tagliatelle with bolognese sauce
- Plin stuffed with ricotta and spinach, served with braised duck ragù sage, and orange caramel
